About Lisa

Lisa Curtis is a an Albuquerque attorney, business owner, and community leader, who has spent more than 30 years representing New Mexico families.

Lisa has long been active in her community. A graduate of Sandia High School and the UNM School of Law, Lisa grew up in the Northeast Heights, raised her family here, and her parents still live in House District 31.

For 20 years, Lisa has led the L.K. Curtis Children’s Fund, supporting education, advocacy, and programs that improve the lives of New Mexico kids. From 2020 to 2025, Lisa chaired the New Mexico Commission on the Status of Women.

Lisa is a mother of four and a grandmother, she still lives in the neighborhood where she grew up.
